A Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Vilas Naikawadi established V G Naikawadi & Co. in 1978. With over 44 years of experience behind him, he continues to play a pivotal role in the Firm's management. He currently heads the Audit and Assurance practices of the Firm.

Nikhil Naikawadi

FCA, MBA, B.Com

A Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Nikhil has over fifteen years of experience. He completed his MBA in United States and has worked for a multinational bank in an advisory role in Boston and New York. He has also worked in KPMG in their direct tax team and was responsible for expat taxation. He currently heads the Corporate Finance and the Risk Consulting practices of the firm.

Sneha Naikawadi

An Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Sneha has experience of more than five years working as a CFO for a software company. Sneha brings wide experience & expertise in tax litigation & advisory to the Indirect and Direct Tax Team.

He specialises in the field of Corporate Law, Secretarial and Legal compliances involved in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board (IBBI), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Registrar of Companies (ROC).
